Truck Idling

I found a commercial truck idling within the first minute of looking for an idling vehicle.

The truck was idling before I got there, and continued to idle after I left the area. I watched the vehicle idle for about four minutes on the corner of 33rd street and 8th avenue. The truck was parked on a busy street next to Penn Station, next to hundreds of pedestrians walking by. There was one man lounging in the truck, who was on his phone. There were security guards outside of the building and police in the area, but no one made any comments to the driver.

Although there was no visible exhaust emitting from the truck, the exhaust did have a smell that was unpleasant. I took pictures of the truck itself and the surrounding area.

  1. Just think: if Bill 717 was in place, you could have been on your way to earning $175.
You have a very clear, crisp style of thinking and writing. I like this very much.
